Changed from a 1 star to a 4 star, quality of the work done is high, the chaps that turned up were friendly and professional. Some advice would be for the office based staff if you say you can can do the work in about 4 make sure your men turn up or just give the customer a call and say it might be another couple of weeks. The worst thing you can do is just ignore the customer when he calls up asking when you are going to start.
