Brilliant service from start to finish, we didn't really have a clue on what sofa we were looking for. The staff were superb for giving us guidance and sent us a few swatches to help with our decision making. After a few weeks we went back and ordered our sofa. Delivery was perfect and very respectful. There's no hesitation in giving the company our highest recommendations.

What a jewel of a shop. Christine was absolutely fantastic and so helpful, a real asset to this wonderful shop, nothing was to much trouble. Chris and his team delivered our goods a couple of days later, again a brilliant experience. Can highly recommend this company for all your household needs.

Fantastic customer service. Christine was great: she is very knowledgeable and helpful when I was choosing a new sofa. The price was reasonable and the sofa (made to order) arrived within the time quoted and there was great communication throughout. Delivery team also first class. Donaldsons is miles better than the high street chains. Highly recommended.
