Great in store experience, no pressure from sales staff but there and helpful if needed. Bought two sofas which seem great quality and good value compared to competitors. Stuck to their price promise and refunded £260 when price dropped between purchase day and delivery. Changed my delivery date with no troubles. Store staff great, telephone/head office staff great, delivery staff great. Oak Furniture Land did it for me from start to finish. Very happy indeed!

We've ordered furniture from here, still waiting for delivery so will update once received. We've dealt with a couple of sales people when browsing on different occasions. You are usually pounced on within a couple of seconds of entering the store but I imagine that is a company policy. The sales people aren't too pushy and often hang back to let you look around but are close enough for you to ask any questions. Went in to purchase the furniture and it was a painless process and got a cheeky couple of tins of furniture wax chucked in. You can call them up before your furniture is delivered if you spot that the price has decreased and they will refund the difference. We bought our furniture during a sale, I think the full prices for some of the furniture are steep considering the quality of the furniture. You also have to pay a premium delivery fee if you want any furniture assembled or the packaging removed.

Love the furniture but not the price's . Also you have to pay for delivery, no stock kept at store.
