Helpful staff, tryed to sort out our issue .

I am a domestic customer, so from their point of view not a regular or high value customer. Having said that, they are the only company I consider when dealing with security issues I may have.

Extremely helpful and very prompt on coming out to my parents' property when they couldn't get their external door to close. Thank you.

The chap and Buckle and Jones sorted out a key cutting problem I had quickly and efficiently. Another key cutting place had 4 attempts at cutting the key - Buckle and Jones did it easily in one attempt. I wish I'd gone there sooner! Recommended 🙂⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
