Established, excellent gym used by the local body enthusiasts. wide range of equipment, old school gym vibe with friendly folk, inside is a tardis. £3 for a day pass. 👍
If you're looking for a proper gym, for true hard work. this is it. i wish i'd found it sooner. it's literally home from home for me and i couldn't see myself anywhere else now. most welcoming, respectful gym with 3 floors of, in my opinion the best machines possible, and not to forget the sound of metal plates 😀
Little gem of a gym this place. some proper old school equipment with a friendly atmosphere. popped in for a day visit (£3)and the guy on the front desk couldn't of been nicer. gave me a full tour of the gym and made me feel super welcome.
Great gym, loads of old school equipment and plenty of modern as well, only £3 for day pass, bargin.
Found another hidden gem. great old school gym. has everything you could need and much more. great owner and a friendly place at any time of day. definitely worth a visit.
