Established, excellent gym used by the local body enthusiasts. Wide range of equipment, Old school gym vibe with friendly folk, inside is a tardis. £3 for a day pass. 👍

If you're looking for a proper gym, for true hard work. This is it. I wish I'd found it sooner. It's literally home from home for me and I couldn't see myself anywhere else now. Most welcoming, respectful gym with 3 floors of, in my opinion the best machines possible, and not to forget the sound of metal plates 😀

Little gem of a gym this place. Some proper old school equipment with a friendly atmosphere. Popped in for a day visit (£3)and the guy on the front desk couldn't of been nicer. Gave me a full tour of the gym and made me feel super welcome.

Found another hidden gem. Great old school gym. Has everything you could need and much more. Great owner and a friendly place at any time of day. Definitely worth a visit.
