Nice peaceful, no one bothers you. Good showers and changing rooms. Only downside is it's finger print only for access.

Great gym loads of machines very clean friendly staff

Good range of facilities, a couple of machines were out of order on the last visit however I understand that it happens and there were plenty of other machines available. Paid for a day pass fairly late at night (8pm) we didn't know we had to be out by 10 pm as that's when staff finish. I wouldn't have minded if I had known when buying the day pass but something to remember for day passes in the future.

Best gym I have been to in a while, popped in for a quick session due to working in the local area and can’t praise it enough, as an avid gym goer/men’s physique competitor it has everything and more. Every machine under the sun, clean tidy well run reasonable and just faultless in my honest opinion. Will definitely be returning if ever in the area again! Big up Matty (one of the trainers) for showing me around and the chat, top bloke!

Fantastic effort from Phil and Matty. They made this aussie visitor very welcome indeed. Get yourself down here. They have a massive range of equipment, plenty to go around. The free weight section is the biggest ive seen. Great locker areas, just a great all round experience. I Highly recommend you pay a vist.
