Simple gym, convenient location, worth the money.
This the most. convenient gym ever in the history of the border city. classes vary televised in large screen in studio rooms , shower rooms available no need to see not half naked people in the changing rooms .open 24 hrs a day. nice set up. not too small. could be it bigger ,nice to know it will be segregated, no sexual arousal activities.
Clean, lots of equipment & space & not too busy. staff really friendly too! could have stood a few cleaning stations with antibacterial spray though- maybe covid doesn't exist in carlisle?!
Great gym with more than enough great equipment and the size of place is plenty clean changing areas and very clean toilets and showers me and my daughter joined and have been more than impressed with the place and staff who are friendly and always willing to help
