A very good gym, it's not often travelling nationwide I find a top quality independent.

Excellent gym all around. Some custom equipment, good vibes, friendly people and good music. Definitely for those who are serious about there training and for those who are just starting out. 10/10

Can pay per session which is great as was in area for the day and had some time to occupy, lots of the other gyms in area seem to be membership only Plenty of parking and guy was really helpful and friendly when I arrived The gym has good modern equipment like some of the commercial gyms but unlike them has a good atmosphere like you do with the old school gyms, good music playing gets you in the mood for a workout Definitely recommend

Good atmosphere, friendly, good music. Weights are always put back so you don’t have to mess on taking someone else’s plates off first.
