Travelodge Carlisle Central

Perfectly good cheap room in the middle of carlisle. very close to bars and restaurants which is handy. there was no soap in my shower so i’m glad i brought my own! the view was also just a concrete wall but i’m not sure what i expected from carlisle travelodge haha

Great service. really good breakfast and friendly staff. building need investment and the rooms need bringing up to date and better maintained. location is great.

Myself and son were here for a football match on a tuesday evening. we ended up staying 2 nights due to a rail strike! the rooms were clean and very quiet with the £3 for 24 hours wi-fi excellent. the breakfast was good and all staff were very pleasant and helpful. the location was close to the centre and handy for restaurants, bars etc. very good value for money too!

Stayed in july.. rooms were warm due to no air conditioning but fan helped. no complaints..was it noisy..yes sat night but its close to town so expected...rest of four nights no noise...food was good..staff were amazing..so pleasant and helpful.....would stay again...really close to station and restaurants

The staff are what makes this hotel. from a very welcome arrival and check in to the friendly manager paige at breakfast, and the cleaning staff, there was nothing but smiles and friendliness! room was clean and comfortable, breakfast tasty, fresh and good value, parking only £3.50 all day and a great location. recommended and will return.
