Dr Louise Downie is a miracle worker! I was suffering with migraines for weeks, nearly every day. Painkillers didn't work, lying in a dark room didn't work, nothing worked ... until Louise said it was possible to try hypnotherapy. IT WORKED! I haven't suffered with a single migraine since the session. I wholeheartedly recommend Louise to anyone suffering in pain with migraines. 5 stars all the way. Thanks Louise.

I went to see Louise after having a lot of therapy as a kid and as an adult that helped to a certain degree but I always struggled with my anxiety being reoccurring. when I first started seeing Louise I was struggling to even leave my house on my own I was that anxious. I went into this with an open mind but being as stubborn as I am I thought that nobody would be able to help me until Louise helped me help myself, My life has been changed so much that I can’t even put it into words her understanding of me was great. She knew I was stubborn and that she had to be brutally honest with me on many occasions, I left our sessions 1 step further forward in my journey Everytime I left and I’m forever grateful for the work Louise done with me. I have recently just passed my driving test, I help out working in a Golf shop 2 things that where huge steps for me, I know I have the tools to keep on progressing now and my self confidence has never been so high. I can’t stress enough how much this has changed my life!
