I had a couple of online sessions with cath to work on a few issues that had been causing me stress and worry. she was professional but also kind and understanding, and after each session i felt like a lot had shifted leaving me feeling more positive. thank you cath, you are amazing!

I saw catherine for hypnotherapy as i was struggling with a specific issue that had been bothering me for a long time, catherine put me at ease straight away and got to work on the problem. in what felt like a very short space of time catherine had resolved my issue to such an extent that i could barely recall anything about it. catherine has a lot of experience using hypnosis and getting rapid results. i highly recommend her services. thank you catherine. 😀

I for one have always been a little hestiant about hypno-therapy and believed i couldn't be helped. well i gave hypno-tates hypnotherapy an try, and i was surprised, cath who gave the session(via zoom) really put me at ease, talked me throught the session and everything that was going to happen. most relaxed hour in months, i certainly felt calmer and clearer, brighter too. whilst it was just the first, i feel a few more sessions is definatly going to improve my general mental health. i can highly recommend them hypno-tates hypnotherapy.

Amazing hypnotherapists! i had been struggling with the grief of losing my best friend to suicide for 2 hard years when i finally sought out the help of hypnotates. after the first session, my immediate feeling of sadness/sickness that i would get when thinking about my friend and the situation had gone, and been replaced with a feeling of warmth and comfort. i had a further session for anxiety and realised that through their hypnotherapy cath and john allowed me to pinpoint the issues i needed addressing and address them whilst i was under. ive continued for a few more sessions and i’m feeling great. the relief and positive change that hypnotherapy with them has brought me is hard to put in to words, but i would encourage anyone considering help with anxiety, grief, depression and other intimate issues who thinks they are beyond curable, to give cath and john a call.
