Called into today to purchase my wife's Tissot seastar watch at the Carlisle branch and Once again the staff could not be better, absolutely brilliant top class service.

I had a great experience this morning when visiting my local EJ branch. I went in to look to buy my wife a sapphire ring for our 45th wedding anniversary which is in July. Both Sarah and Louise were very helpful and assisted me in selecting a ring which i am sure my wife will love. Thankyyou Sarah and Louise.

Have made several purchases over the past year, engagement ring, two wedding rings, necklace and earrings and over the moon with everything. Thank you for the great customer service and we will continue to purchase.

Visited today to have my almost 20 year old diamond studs cleaned and get some new butterfly backs after losing one - all done with a smile, in a few minutes, and the earrings were boxed for me to take away. Asked how much it would cost, and was told it was free! Absolutely excellent customer service and my earrings look fab and are secure again
