Nice products, Staff were helpful when asked although I felt customer service was hit and miss. I got the feeling they were talking about me while I was browsing. They made no effort to hiding their smirks when I looked up from making my payment at the till point. Felt like I was transported back in time to the days of snidey high school girls. Hence the three stars. I would suggest that staff try to interact with customers a little more instead of the obvious lack of consideration to why I was actually in the shop. Reason: buying a bracelet for my 9 yr old daughters birthday (maybe send them around the corner to lush for a lesson in good service). Not one to write a bad review unless I feel it is necessary.
