Nice products, staff were helpful when asked although i felt customer service was hit and miss. i got the feeling they were talking about me while i was browsing. they made no effort to hiding their smirks when i looked up from making my payment at the till point. felt like i was transported back in time to the days of snidey high school girls. hence the three stars. i would suggest that staff try to interact with customers a little more instead of the obvious lack of consideration to why i was actually in the shop. reason: buying a bracelet for my 9 yr old daughters birthday (maybe send them around the corner to lush for a lesson in good service). not one to write a bad review unless i feel it is necessary.
