Called in here on a recommendation from my mate, my wife's diamond ring was missing 4 diamonds, they gave me a quote and a timescale, explaining in detail the work required. went to collect the ring, absolutely perfect job, ready on time and below the price they quoted. first class !

I just wanted to say how great the service was here. i have a very sentimental watch with a bracelet that had become so loose i was concerned to wear it just in case i lost it. i did not want to send it off in the post to a "high end manufacturer in london" at all so i did a google search locally to find a jewellers that had a 'real' jeweller on the premises who could see it and advise if it was possible to repair it. i called the shop, explained my issue and was advised by a lovely lady called becky who reassured me that they did indeed have a jeweller on the premises who would be more than happy to look. martin the jeweller, look at it, did his magic within a few minutes and i now have a secure reliable bracelet on my precious, sentimental watch. thankyou, highly recommended.

Fabulous, friendly, family est 😊 i highly recommend for any jewellery, trophy or plaque essentials such as cleaning repairing adjusting or even a simple evaluation. i surprise my husband by getting his chain fixed that was 25 years old we didn’t think of getting evaluated but we are very very happy that we did.
