Excellent service from friendly staff. However, the products were marked and damaged upon arrival probably having been damaged whilst packing for dispatch

It was our 1st visit to Benson for beds. Impressive display of beds and mattresses. We were looked after by Ryan,who gave us a walk around of the shop and helped us choose a superking bed and s sofa bed. Definitely recommended !

From start to finish in my opinion Bensons for Beds were superb. The Carlisle store where I purchased our bed had a very friendly & welcoming approach. The product knowledge/information given was excellent- choice of bed brilliant perhaps spoilt for choice somewhat & definitely no pressure at all to buy. Karl the store manager who helped me with my choice of bed has to be commended. It’s definitely a shop I would recommend unlike other bed shops in town.
