DFS Carlisle

Extremely helpful staff. if you need a new sofa, they have plenty of choice. we'll worth a visit.

We were looked after so well. we told rachel exactly what we needed and what kind of budget we had and she helped us find the perfect sofa. no rush no pressure and she was so patient answering all our questions. excellent customer care.

This is the second sofa we have bought from here and we went back only because the customer service last time was outstanding and we were not disapointed again today. a lovely women named robyn served us and was so helpful so knowlageable and made it really easy for me and my partner to get exactly what we wanted .

I popped into dfs carlisle for some sofa inspiration... but left sadly unimpressed. i was almost immediately pounced on by a sales person (predictable) which is something that always gets my back up. and the sofas ... i understand that the store wants to showcase some of it's bigger, brighter pieces - but when you live in a traditional cumbrian cottage these are simply irrelevant. yes, they had some lovely pieces, but most were vastly impractical - very at home in their showroom location, but impossible to house in a typical stone cottage. i came away with less inspiration than i'd walked through the doors with. come on dfs, we don't all live in huge modern loft apartments... show us something we can actually fit in our homes! (and spherical 'football' cushions as standard??! ...see pic...)
