We ordered our bed and mattress after trying out loads! The staff in store were really knowledgeable and helpful, we felt no pressure at all to buy. After making up our mind we returned the following day and ordered our choice. It was delivered this morning and we’re delighted! It looks lovely and hopefully tonight we’ll have a great night’s sleep! I must say also, the two men who delivered the bed today were so very nice, efficient and respectful! They had the bed up in no time, they took all plastic away to recycle, they were very friendly and loved our dog! I’d recommend Warwick Road Bed Centre to everyone!

I highly recommend this company, the goods are top quality and the service is absolutely amazing. We stayed nearby for a wedding and the mattress was so comfortable we just had to have it! Upon returning home and enquiring we were told that Warwick Road Bed Centre supplies the holiday rentals with all of the beds and mattresses. So I emailed them with photos of the mattress and Julian contacted me. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and knew immediately which mattress it was and even arranged to deliver and assemble the new bed and take away the old one. But here's the thing - we live miles and miles away, but Julian worked out his schedule and went out of his way to ensure we got the bed of our dreams. I have never experienced service like this. The quality of the bed and mattress is extremely high and it is exactly the same as the rental we stayed in. I cannot recommend this company enough, buy from them and you will not be disappointed. Totally amazing!

Absolutely amazing service, I phoned yesterday at 4pm enquiring about a single bed for my mother whom needs a bed downstairs to be discharged from hospital. The gentleman told me what he had at an amazing price and delivery next day. Bed was delivered and drivers fitted it together but 11am today!! Bed and mattress are great quality. Fantastic service at an excellent price we will definitely use this company again!! Thank you x

I thoroughly recommend. The customer service is second to none. I went to Carlisle ready to trail around bed shops looking for what I wanted. This was the first shop I went to and chose the first bed I looked at after Julian established what I was wanting and the price I wanted to pay. It was delivered a few days later, put together, and old bed dismantled and taken away. The men were polite and had the job done in no time without any fuss. Thank you. The most comfortable bed I've ever had!
