Boots Opticians Carlisle - English Street

Nathan tested my eyes this morning. He was very friendly and professional. Made me feel totally comfortable. :) very satisfied with the service.

After having a contact lens trail at a well know opticians who were really rude left me put off. But after hearing people having good experience at boots opticians I decide to give it a go. An I can highly recommend. They made me feel comfortable from the start. Talked me thought it all an explain easier ways to removed my contacts unlike the other place who rushed me an got unpaiten with me when I struggle getting the lense out. so a big thank you for make my experience a good one. An finally I have contacts.

SOS visit to Boots after my friend had fallen and broken her specs. The lens was intact but frame broken and we were seeking an emergency fix to get us home. The assistant on duty immediatley came to our assistance and after a few minutes returned with the specs in a wearable state supported with some form of sticky tape. This was enough to allow us to get safely home. We were most grateful having been turned away from another optician because it wasn't their frame. Top marks Boots 10/10
