This opticians must be the best in carlisle - very friendly staff - you are a customer not just a person; they talk to you, not at you. no pressure sales, friendly advice; they also make a nice cup of tea. eye check 2 month ago -hearing test today. i would recommend k france to anyone

We dropped into k france opticians while on a family break as our little one had developed a blood shot eye. we were squeezed into the opticians schedule very last minute. the optician was professional and very good with such a young child. highly recommended. thank-you so much for accommodating us.

Fantastic service. i loved the experience and it really has reaffirmed the importance of keeping our own independent opticians. couldn't fault a single thing. as a diabetic with a very complex health history this was by far, one of the most thorough eye tests i have ever had and the service there after was just as impeccable. i am seldom motivated enough to do reviews, but this was one i really felt deserved to be highlighted. local, independent and absolutely fabulous. no pressure to purchase (which is and absolute pet hate and i can sniff out anywhere) with a range that can caters for all budgets. before anyone thinks this is a fake review - see for yourself. i'm sure you will see where i'm coming from. meanwhile, well done k france opticians! i'll be back with my prescription for some sunglasses in the next couple of months! :)

Discovered this wonderful optician when searching for zeiss lenses. although it is a bit of a trek from where i live i cannot speak more highly of the really thorough eye test and overall excellent service. the fitting of the spectacles was very professional and,correctly, taken very seriously. overall it was an absolute pleasure to do business. recommended!
