Specsavers Opticians - Carlisle

I've used Specsavers for many years. My recent visit was the same high standard as always. I was there to choose new frames to replace lost ones. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. They are really busy at the moment but, as I was only choosing frames and not needing an eye test, they did their best to fit me in. Great service.

Great service when you actually arrive. However trying to get through on the phone is impossible after 43 minutes I press the option for a call back. No call back. This happened 3 times over 3 days.

I had an amazing experience at Specsavers today. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Christian helped me get checked in, I was nervous, but his lovely, calm pressense soon put me at ease. Fatima did my eye test and she was so friendly, and patient with me. Pauline went above and beyond to help me find the right glasses and she was brilliant. I strongly recommend Specsavers Carlisle(Castle St) to everyone. Many thanks.

Having had a few issues with my order I’ve made several visits to the store lately. Connor and Joe definitely deserve a mention as they both went over and above to ensure that my issue was resolved. Excellent customer service and great team members. Thank you!

Visited Carlisle branch again today to collect a second pair of glasses. I was helped in choosing the right frames by Lucy a couple of weeks ago and today went back for her to fit them for me. Lovely lady. Super helpful. Fast. Excellent service and her customer service is a 5 star rating in itself. Overall a very positive experience. Highly recommended.
