Excellent start, level access for my chair!! Great greeting shown to table no fussing re chair! Friendly helpful staff. Orders taken promptly and brought out the same, food Excellent, disabled toilet very good, I could turn chair thru full 360° not cluttered, Overall very pleasant restaurant!

Staff were friendly, food was typical pizza express (expensive) but as usual we enjoyed it.

Always great food from here no matter which restaurant I go to. Staff were friendly but did have to wait a while for food which was unlike them normally.

Pizza Express Carlisle is one of my favourite places to eat, the restaurant is always clean and welcoming, the food is amazing and the service is second to none. I have never had a bad experience here, the team are always warm and familiar, today we were served by Jack who was friendly and attentive. We have been served by Jack on several occasions & the service Jack provides has been exceptional each time; team members like this are 100% the reason for repeat custom. We are also frequently served by another wonderful team member who is phenomenal, she even remembers my order! I just don’t know her name but the Carlisle team really are exceptional.

Popped In for a bite to eat for lunch and got seated no problem. Service was fantastic from our waitress, very chatty and friendly. Food was amazing, red hot, tasty and plenty. A recommended place to eat in Carlisle it's always a treat when I go.
