James has just recently completed an excellent job replacing my bathroom basin and toilet. he also had to replace existing external pipe work and make good the rendering in very trying weather conditions, however this did not deter him and he finished the job as quickly as possible. he went out of his way to meet my requirements in a friendly and happy manner. james uses top quality fittings and is very professional keeping you informed at all stages of the job. i would highly recommend james to anyone requiring a plumber and will certainly use again should the need arise.

I found james when i needed my boiler to be fixed. as soon as i got in touch with him, he responded immediately and came to see the boiler. he was very professional. after his inspection, he got on it and put a new boiler in. he worked really hard and did an amazing job. i am so happy and never had an issue with it. i have recommended james to my friends and family since then and everyone who received his services are happy. i just phoned him again recently as my mother has some plumbing issue at her house and james quickly booked an appointment to visit. he is professional, respond timely and provide outstanding service. i will keep recommend him to anyone needs plumbing help. thanks for everything james.

James came to our house within 2 hours of us calling. he fixed our problem (sink/drain) really quickly and was very reasonably priced. have already saved his number and will definitely use him again if needed.

James came at 24 hours notice to fix a toilet. however, it ended up being 3 toilets and unblocking an outside drain and even though it was his last stop and after 5pm, he stayed until the job was done and went way above and beyond for us. he was professional, honest, friendly and offered us a guarantee on all his work which gives peace of mind. he's also answered any questions we've had following that. it's a worry hoping you're getting a good tradesman but i highly recommend james to anyone looking for a friendly plumber. thank you.

James did a great job sorting out my toilet cistern when other plumbers were not interested in the work. i had told him the problem, he came prepared with new fittings and did the job on the spot, it's now working perfectly. i highly recommend him.
