Myself and my family have had our lettings with Adele and her team for over 30 years , long before they joined with Belvoir, to way back in the beginning when Judith Bulman ran the company. We’ve been happy with the service and professionalism shown to us throughout this time. Adele has always gone the extra mile to help us. Reading through some of these reviews is quite shocking as it certainly isn’t a true representation of how Adele and all the staff work. The fact that we’ve kept our businesses with them, through all the changes the company has gone through, for the last 30 odd years, speaks for itself . And I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Adele and her team to anyone.

As a landlord, with several properties across numerus letting companies, Belvoir Carlisle are one of the best. I regularly receive updates on my propriety. The letting agents carry out very fair and justified background checks and also provide very detailed home visits to make sure the property is well kept and to a high standard. Furthermore, they provide a very competitive management price of the property. Finally, I am only contacted by the letting agent regarding maintenance required to the property and receive regular emails regarding up dates to the company and how they can improve their service. Compared to most letting agents Belvoir are very professional and I would continue working with them in the future.

I can't recommend Belvoir enough. This is my second property I have rented with them and both times the process has been professional, quick and friendly. They are always very quick to respond if I have an issue which is not very often.

I have 2 properties in Carlisle which I let through Belvoir. As I don't live locally, Belvoir provide a full management service and have no complaints with the tenants or service they provide. The team have always made themselves available to fit in with my visits to Carlisle and keep me updated regularly. Would highly recommend them.
