Bousteads Grassing Houshold Waste Recycling Centre

Poor attitude. Most of the time the older operatives stand with their hands in their pockets and do not help members of the public unload heavy goods. They would rather stand smoking on their break outside the boundaries of the tip. Today the skips that take the ceramic tiles and sanitary ware were cordoned off while the wagon moved skips around . Asked two operatives if I could leave a toilet cistern with them. Both said not really. Had to queue in my car blocking the exit and then was referred to by one of the operatives as mate when he asked me to move my car to let the wagon out. Firstly I am not his mate and I would expect to be addressed in a more polite manner as a member of the public and a rate payer. We waited 15 mins blocking the exit inorder to unload 1 cistern because they were unwilling to help

Tip that takes almost everything polite helpful staff 4stars as 2 lanes get blocked by others tipping in front of you so no escape till there all done but not the end of the world

I've "Bin" here a few times now, " Waste " of time...bit of a " Dump "...🤣 I'll give you a "Tip " get a permit if you take a van otherwise they will " Refuse " you entry 🤣 apologies, that's enough " Trash " talk from me ..🤔🤣 But seriously though, it's a Garbage day out 😅 . These jokes are terrible, you should " Skip" to the next review 😄
