Absolutely 1st class service nothing was too much trouble spent nearly 2 hours choosing our holiday and felt no pressure to book and leave darren and tash were fantastic i wouldn't want to ever book on line when i receive service like i did 5* really isn't enough and what's more i'm supporting a local company that didn't give up when times were hard cannot praise this company enough 👍👍👍
Very helpful in finding us a cruise. i think the person was called hayley and she was super efficient.
Had a problem with money card. tried to sort out with on-line service but could not get it to work. the staff in the carlisle branch were very helpful and sort it for us.
