TUI Holiday Store

Carlisle TUI are just so customer focused, professional and a pleasure to deal with I had been recommend by a friend and they didn't disappoint. Sue Page was a warm friendly yet very professional individual and is a credit to the TUI company I booked my holiday with confidence and will definate go in branch again as they are very knowledgeable and offered value for money on my holiday. Went to the Tui Carlisle branch today and sat down with Sue,who listened to exactly what we were wanting from our holiday, found us the perfect hotel and location. She was friendly, helpful, knew her stuff and has made us really excited for our holiday. Normally book online but so glad I went into the store instead and will be doing this again next time! Laura in Carlisle store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping my dad with his accessibility needs on a recent holiday. Despite going through to the Carlisle store trying to access the main phone department she helped us non the less. She was very kind and reassured dad all would be catered for as best she could after recently having a transplant and having cancer. She also emailed details so we could call her if needed or if we had any more questions. One of the most pleasant and easy experience trying to book/sort something I’ve ever had. And dad said he had one of the most easygoing flight he’s ever has! Asset to TUI, thanks again Laura.

We have booked several holidays through the Tui shop in Carlisle and their professionalism and friendliness is outstanding. In particular we would like to thank Alice in particular. She was absolutely first class. She checked everything to make sure that everything for our holiday was perfectly set up. Outstanding service and a credit to the company.

I have used TUI many times over the years but always do it myself online. Today I went into the store to see if there was a problem with the booking system as I had not been able to book a holiday for next year. They told me that they would book it for me with all the same offers that I could get online, and obviously more back up with doing it in store. I sat down with Kirsty who went through everything very quickly and professionally and showed me how I could still manage most of my booking online. A great experience and a happy customer 😊
