I had the best experience at Carols Bridal Boutique! I left other boutiques and outlets feeling very confused about what I wanted and no one seemed to offer advice or alternative styles that I hadn't chosen myself! My dream dress at Carols wasn't a dress that I had picked, it was the lovely Lauren who brought me the dress to try on and it was a mixture of everything I wanted and for an amazing price!! The service was also amazing and what an unexpected treat to receive a gorgeous goody bag to leave with after I had said yes to the dress! Thank you to Lauren and the team! Thank you so much to the whole team, especially to Lynn for saving my wedding day. When I walked in 3 weeks before the big day with my dress rolled up in a suitcase following disastrous alterations by another supplier you were so kind and considerate and calm. Lynn managed to resurrect my dress and totally rebuilt it for me in 7 days. It looked superb on the day and it felt fabulous. I also purchased a back up dress from you which fitted like a glove and I wore to the evening reception. It had the real wow factor and was a joy to wear. I cannot thank you all enough, what a fabulous shop and a brilliant team.

I had my first appointment via zoom with Lauren today. I was slightly nervous about choosing my dream dress over video. Once I saw the dress on the screen I fell in love, I knew it was the perfect dress for our wedding. Lauren was fantastic, she had an excellent knowledge of dresses and gave me lots of advise about features of the dress. It was an excellent experience. Lauren was great and showed me all the details of the dress I chose. She even showed me accessories and answered all the questions I had about alterations, features, accessories etc. Thank you Lauren for a fantastic experience. I can’t wait to see the dress. I would highly recommend this dress shop they have been amazing. Thanks again.

What a warm and friendly welcome these girls give every time you step through their door ! I love walking past their shop window to see their seasonal wedding outfits and they have fab evening / event / mother of the couple outfits too so get yourselves in there !
