Sam is very welcoming, and never makes you feel like you are new or anything. she explains everything so well and i have found i really enjoy yoga from doing her classes.

Absolutely love sam’s yoga classes! sam tailor’s classes to meet participants needs and is always so helpful. i have noticed improvements in my strength, flexibility, balance and general well being. thanks sam

Really like sam, very knowledgeable and cognisant of students limitations and abilities. she can still make you work though . booking via an app, easy to swap around or mix up your sessions if you want or need.

I was a bit worried about yoga initially but absolutely love it. sam is extremely experienced and works with the individuals level of ability. her classes are brilliant for stretching, unwinding and ultimately relaxing. it’s like therapy and i leave feeling revitalised, refreshed and completely relaxed which isn’t an easy feat for me. the people in the class are lovely and encouraging and you will learn so much more than simply exercising.

Update after training with sam for a few months. no class is the same, no repetition at all and each class is aimed at the group in front of her. it makes for an enjoyable class where the hour seems shorter, i leave the feeling calm, lengthened and energised. extremely knowledgable teacher who goes above and beyond to make every person, no matter what gender, feel welcome and at ease. i have been to many teachers over the years and sam surpasses them all with her teaching style and non competitive classes. no hesitation in recommending her at all and look forward to my next block of classes.
