Kwik Fit - Carmarthen

Really good service, open when they say they were, unlike 2 others in Bristol yesterday who get 0/5, as closed at 15h30 and 15h45 the latter refusing to serve us on arrival, yet no customers present and supposed to be open to 17h. Thought we only needed a wheel balance, ended up with alignment, tracking etc all sorted quickly and efficiently by helpful staff at Carmarthen - so cost us more in the end than anticipated but glad it went to this team. Thanks guys.

The assistant (I believe his name was Ryan)made a very stressful situation alot easier with a calm and solution based attitude. He made an extra effort to fit us in due to the urgency. Your competitors were the complete opposite. He is an asset to both your outlet and company.

Great service, phone in the morning and I have what I need done by the end of the day. Makes things a lot easier and less stressful when having things to do!! ☺️

I explained to the guy who booked me in that I was on my lunch break and he said he would start it straight away. It was done very quickly and I had plenty of time to get back to work in time so very grateful for the speedy and friendly service.

My car was recovered to Kwikfit in Carmarthen with a double puncture and was processed straight away. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the lads and everything was sorted very quickly. The best Kwikfit experience I have had and there have been many. Top service and thank you 🙏
