Excellent experience from start to finish. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the work was clean and efficient. Would recommend to anyone. As for the product itself, it will make a big difference in our home due to the conservatory generating a lot of heat on a sunny day. Wish we had done it sooner.

Absolutely spectacular from start to finish -- Wendy answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to coordinate the job with. Mat & Rick who did the install were efficient, professional and very courteous. We did call around to their competitors for quotes and none of them had the same response time, or even got back to us at all! Fantastic -- If I could give 6/5 stars I would.

Very nice guys, professional service. They first came and gave me a no pressure quote which they followed up with an email. On the day they arrived on time, were very professional and polite, took all their rubbish with them and took the time to explain to me how to make the most of my Aircon. My garden bar is now lovely and cool and it looks great. Very happy with the service! Lovely guys

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. From first contact, they were professional, knowledgeable about their product and offered a competitive quote. We wanted a split air conditioning system for lounge and bedroom. Today, they turned up promptly at 8:30am as agreed. Their workmanship was first class, they worked together extremely well and their installation was carried out cleanly, efficiently and without mess. The external trunking is also immaculate and pleasing to the eye. On completion, we were given a comprehensive demonstration of the controls and operation of the units. We are more than happy and we have confidence in both the product and the guys workmanship. When they left, they removed all the packaging and left everywhere as they found it. Finally and also very important, they are really friendly and likeable.
