Absolutely lovely shop filled with amazing creations from local artists, I could easily have spent 5 times what I did! This is exactly the type of place I like to visit!

Refreshingly lovely Arts & Crafts store in King St, Carmarthen. Well worth a visit to see the wide variety of local independent artists' works: Stunning photos; interesting polished slate sculptures, wood carvings; paintings and more. Two floors of individually created work, nicely laid out. I have included only 2 photos as I was more interested in what I was choosing. If you want to see more, make a slight detour. The St John's car park in Camarthen is only 3 mins walk away. I couldn't resist a new cheeseboard made from rippled sycamore making use of an unusual but helpful shape of the wood. The toughest part was choosing exactly which one to take home. Note to Origin: It would have been "icing on my cake" if there was some leaflet or card detailing more of the artist/woodworker that I could take away with me. More especially if I had chosen an item to give as a gift... just a thought.
