Jenkins is a proper old school welsh institution. i recommend the strawberry manchester tart. the food is good (and cheap.) the coffee is decent.
Nice bakery . i love the sausage rolls here, i think there the nicest in town. :-) also i ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday, and when i collected it, i was very surprised as to how big it was , it was a lot bigger than i expected. it also looked amazing, and tasted delicious .
This place in carmarthen does not deserve 5 star hygiene rating. pigeon inside shop for over a minute walking about.
