I was touring south wales and my cube ebike stopped working. county cycles went over and above to fix it but was unable to but only charged me a minimal amount for their efforts. thank you for great service adam

Good range range of products at competitive prices, and this company all importantly can offer you a test ride before you buy (as long as you have adequate id, say - car keys, credit card / debit cards, etc. as collateral). this was a deal maker for me as i was buying an expensive e-bike! the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and actually listen to your needs as a customer. the whole experience was totally 10 / 10. i bought my bike with these guys and i am glad i did.

Six stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if i could give these guys, and especially adam, six stars i would. we were touring with our motorhome and e-bikes and had a problem with a cube not functioning at all. the initial advice over phone was welcoming and clearly knowledgeable. his face-to-face service was even better. although they could not fix the problem even though they tried every which way, including contacting bosch, they charged a more than reasonable price and certainly less than we were expecting. thank you to the whole team.

County cycles customer service is excellent. they have so much experience, and they are certainly passionate about their business. i have yet to purchase the ebikes for our holidaynests business, but i have great confidence that they are helping us to make the best choices for our holiday guests.

I recently hurt my back and was recommended a bike fit as one of the aspects of my rehabilitation. i worked with peter who was detailed and professional to the highest degree and spoke from great experience..he took umpteen measurements and came up with sensible recommendations/changes that i was happy for him to carry out. although i've not been able to travel much distance on the updated machine, i'm confident that the work he did has changed things to a massive degree and i look forward to using it further. highly recommended place, plus some of the kit they hold is awesome, it really is a fabulous all round shop with top staff.
