This gentleman has a heart of gold. I had a HP spectre x360 with issues around the camera being blank when turned on but could still take pictures. I contacted HP technicians and they did all the reboots , reset the computer system and other procedures which were ineffective in the end , then they asked me to take it to another technician citing they don’t produce the software needed due to age of computer (2018) . Fortunately, I work in Carmarthen and I was directed to see KO repairs and immediately I explained my concerns, he told me the possible issues and all he did didn’t last more than 2 minutes , he resolved the longstanding concerns and didn’t collect a penny from me . Am still amazed by his kind gesture and I applaud his expertise too. I will certainly encourage and recommend his services to anyone with concerns around gadgets/electronics as he’s the BEST in the business.
