This gentleman has a heart of gold. i had a hp spectre x360 with issues around the camera being blank when turned on but could still take pictures. i contacted hp technicians and they did all the reboots , reset the computer system and other procedures which were ineffective in the end , then they asked me to take it to another technician citing they don’t produce the software needed due to age of computer (2018) . fortunately, i work in carmarthen and i was directed to see ko repairs and immediately i explained my concerns, he told me the possible issues and all he did didn’t last more than 2 minutes , he resolved the longstanding concerns and didn’t collect a penny from me . am still amazed by his kind gesture and i applaud his expertise too. i will certainly encourage and recommend his services to anyone with concerns around gadgets/electronics as he’s the best in the business.
