I'm so pleased with my fitted wood burner. aled from llanelli chimney sweeping co gave me the best initial quote (even one of his competitors told me he was the only other person they would recommend, high praise indeed!) aled arrived when he said he would, gave me plenty of advice ( i was totally clueless tbf) he recapped my existing chimney and gave it a good sweep first, before fitting my down pipe and stove. he gave me some advice on which ones to pick,but didn't try to hard sell me anything. i ordered the stove i wanted, after getting his approval and he came to fit it as soon as it arrived. he made no mess at all, infact, thanks to his industrial hoover, i'm pretty sure he left my home cleaner than he found it! he must've taken a fair few dog hairs with him! he was great with my dogs and a pleasure to have around, kind, polite, efficient and professional. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend aled to anyone needing a burner fitted or chimney swept. i'll always rely on him to keep my fire and chimney safe, clean and serviced in the future. thanks ever so much aled! 5 star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
