Our first time buying a house and the staff were absolutely brilliant, always kept us up to date and helped us with things we didnt understand (which was plenty of times!) Very professional and always there to help you, everything has been dealt with smoothly and so quickly, our mortgage advisor had recommended these solicitors to us as they were the best rated and also the cheapest which was a massive bonus! We also live in england which is no where near this solicitors but it's never been a problem, everything was done via letter or phone which was more convenient for us, No hidden fees at all, really really pleased with the service!
