Water Street Dental Practice

I have been using aj at the water street dental for many years now and to be quite honest, i would not even waste my time trying to use any other dentist. such a professional and every time my family go to see him, we are quite comfortable in the know that the entire process is pain free.

I've been a customer of this dental practice for as long as i can remember, and would never consider going elsewhere. i have lways been treated with the upmost dignity and respect by all the members of staff. they are polite, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and at ease. i have never had a bad experience, and would always recommend them to anybody 100%

I'm not a patient at this practice but i rang today about some extreme tooth pain and the receptionist jade was extremely helpful and caring and made me feel cared for, she helped me contact an on call dentist for my practice. she went above and beyond to help me with phone numbers and general info, and i'm so grateful. what a wonderful first point of contact. much thanks michelle cragg.

Unfortunately i managed to knock the best part of my two front teeth out in a surfing accident. from start to finish i received exceptional service. the practice were extremely accomodating, my dentist alyn even came in on his day off to get the job done. emma and jade, the dental nurses, were extremely helpful in organising the emergency appointment. so far i have got away with two crowns, which if i'm honest, look better than my own original teeth. i couldn't be more grateful - thanks to the water street dental team!

I had the pleasure of visiting water street dental practice in carmarthen, and i must say my experience was exceptional. aj, the dentist i saw, was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and he even called me the following day to check on my well-being and offer further assistance. although i'm not a full-time patient, i sincerely hope that if a spot becomes available, i can become one without hesitation. aj is undoubtedly one of the best dentists i've ever encountered. his kindness, support, and dedication are truly remarkable, a rarity in today's world. i'm genuinely grateful for the outstanding care he provided.
