Tegryn Dog Training

Having recently rehomed two dogs (2 year old litter sisters) who came with a long list of behavioral issues we knew that we would require assistance from a professional and luckily, we found Jean & Bruce!! From the very first lesson the improvement was noticeable and the advice and support that Jean has provided us has been invaluable. The lessons are held in an open secure area which gives us the confidence to be able work off lead. After several sessions the girls were even managing to walk close without a lead and they now have a recall!! As Jean has a such vast knowledge of dog behavior, she can explain to us why her training techniques work which has been a huge benefit to us. I am sure that without all the help from Jean we would not have overcome the “issues” that the girls arrived with. I would highly recommend Jean and cannot thank her enough for all she has done for us and more importantly our girls!

Jean is one amazing lady. I have 2 dogs - a Jack Russell & a pug cross Jack Russell. They were wild when I first went to Jean but a couple of sessions on they are different dogs thanks to Jean's vast experience and knowledge. She is amazing with the dogs and I love her honesty (and she is great fun). I have tried several dog trainers but Jean is the only one that's down to earth with the appropriate training methods that I have been looking for. I foster dogs and work for an animal rescue centre and have seen lots of dog obedience classes but the only one I would recommend for all the dogs I re-home is Jean !

We have had been going to Jeans dog training since May & already a huge difference in my 1 year old lab. Jean teaches the me aswell as my dog to ensure I’m calm, relaxed & confident with the handling & training of my dog, this makes it easier to continue to train at home between sessions. Jean & Bruce are very knowledgeable about any problems I have & give advice on diet & health also, their dogs definitely don’t disappoint when being used as an example. My dog loves going, already looking forward to the next session.

I have just had the MOST amazing experience today having had my first training session with Jean and Bruce. I say my training session as my dog Nala is a natural but I’m the one who needs the help! What they don’t know about dogs and training could be written on the back of a stamp and I cannot tell you how grateful myself and Nala are. I once saw Ceaser Millan who had the Emmy-nominated television series the Dog Whisperer and is a New York Times best-selling author perform in Dublin but these two amazing, dog loving people are the UK equivalent!
