Enquired about purchasing a property advertised online late on a friday night, by 10am saturday the very efficient and professional estate agents had already called back and discussed our requirements and made an appointment to view the property the next day (sunday). email confirmation was sent swiftly and the whole experience felt pleasant and not the usual ordeal of chasing up just to get an appointment, as has been with other estate agents. the agent in question was also incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our communication. would highly recommend as an approachable, professional estate agents.
