Hagans Cafe & Chip Shop

Always love food at Hagan's from their awesome full breakfast to theirs Sunday dinner that always reminds me of mammies when I was a kid. All staff are so welcoming and happy to see me and my son.

Food isn't bad from here but with all honesty the store really does need to make itself more appealing! If you visit in the evening, you only know it is there if you actually know it is there! The exit is through an atrium type exit, with no lights above the door as you exit, therefore, watch your step as you leave! The service...well..perhaps a smile or two would have made a difference....you may hate working there but geez....I don't really want to know that!

Usually grab a takeaway from here, but opted for dine in this time. A cafe, no fuss and frills place. Serving all day breakfast, toasted sandwiches, jacket potatoes, kids options and more. Keeping it simple - cod and chips. Good service, food was nice and prices reasonable.

Just had lovely fish chips and peas - delicious!! Not at all greasy! Staff friendly. Toilets and cafe look basic but VERY clean. Recommend trying out if you’re passing like we just did.

I like this cafe. This is very useful when you are shopping on the Pensarn Shopping estate. The staff were prompt and attentive and there was a good range of food on the menu. This cafe is located on the ground floor so access for physically challenged is perfect. There are toilet facilities here with easy access. This cafe is located adjoining the fish bar and I have to say the fish was lovely. There is plenty of seating which looks deceiving from the street. To find this cafe it is located just across the street from the Royal Mail sorting office. (You can't miss it). This is a nice cafe with a good lunchtime menu. So, If you need a break from shopping this would be a good place to visit.
