I cannot praise the team at Glanmor Evans highly enough. Emyr was a very kind, helpful and effective director for my Mum's funeral, from our first meeting to the day of her burial. He made many good suggestions, and was always contactable. He showed great helpfulness and respect to all attendees, even arranging that the cortege would pause at my Mum's house en route to the churchyard. My grateful thanks also to Rhinedd for her unfailing help and support whenever I called the office. This is never going to be an easy time for anyone, and Emyr and Rhinedd and the team made it so much less of a burden for me. Diolch o galon i chi i gyd.

I recently lost my partner of 41 years very suddenly and didn't know who to contact to organise her funeral. I was recommended Glanmor Evans and Son. I rang them and Emyr came out to see me. He total understood what was best for us both as my partner didn't want any fuss but our friends wanted and needed to say their goodbyes like I did. Emyr is an asset to Glanmor Evans and handled everything with such professionalism, kindness and care. His attention to detail is exceptional as everything I spoke about he made it part of her funeral. Rhinedd was outstanding in designing the order of service with Emyr, that everyone has commented on how lovely it was. I will forever be grateful for Emyr's support, help and advice and everyone at Glanmor Evans for helping me through this very difficult time. I would highly recommend Emyr and the team at Glanmor Evans and son. Living a long way away I was not able to meet with Emyr until the day of the funeral so all the arrangements were made over the phone or by email. Emyr was unfailingly sensitive and respectful and the day of my mother's funeral went exactly as planned thanks to Emyr's careful preparation and attention to detail. He made sure we all knew what would be happening and when, so we felt ready when the day of the funeral came which was really important at such a difficult time.

The best and most professional funeral service! Nothing was ever too much for them and Emyr was amazing. They thought of every detail for my dad and made a difficult experience easier with their professionalism, empathy and care (both for dad and our family). More than a 5 star service!!!
