When ordering my mattress i found the customer service excellent. time from order to delivery was quick and efficient. the delivery team were polite and very helpful taking the mattress to an awkward room high up in the house.
Well, we certainly cant fault them on speed, politeness and efficiency! ordered one day and delivered the next. chap in the shop was friendly and knew what he was talking about. delivery men knew just how to get a big mattress up awkward stairs and took care whilst doing so. will definitely be back for furniture as and when required.
We have shopped at davies & davies furniture many times over the years for various items of furniture. always had great customer service and quality items. furniture delivered, assembled and all packaging/rubbish taken away completely hassle free. always a pleasure to support this local business 😁
We ran out of propane gas and, even though we were just outside their usual delivery area, they were happy to deliver and fit a couple of canisters on the same day! they also took away the empties. completely happy with the service from all those involved.
