When ordering my mattress I found the customer service excellent. Time from order to delivery was quick and efficient. The delivery team were polite and very helpful taking the mattress to an awkward room high up in the house.

Well, we certainly cant fault them on speed, politeness and efficiency! Ordered one day and delivered the next. Chap in the shop was friendly and knew what he was talking about. Delivery men knew just how to get a big mattress up awkward stairs and took care whilst doing so. Will definitely be back for furniture as and when required.

We ran out of propane gas and, even though we were just outside their usual delivery area, they were happy to deliver and fit a couple of canisters on the same day! They also took away the empties. Completely happy with the service from all those involved.
