I phoned them as I had a problem with my garage door cables. they were able to fit me in the same day. they came out, and replaced both cables surprisingly quick. the door is now operable. am well pleased with the job, and the service I had, staff are very friendly and helpful. highly recommend

Narberth. Two brief telephone calls with Robert to diagnose the problem resulted in a very professional and efficient response. A new garage up and over door ‘motor’ fitted within days (to my convenience) of the telephone call and installed within an hour. Robert returned in the evening to check all was working well. I had a problem with my garage door on Sunday. 6.2.22. Monday morning I phoned West Wales Garage Doors and spoke to Robert. He said he'd get back to me in the afternoon. I got a phone call but I wasn't at home at that time. Robert waited till I returned. Sorted my garage door out, no problem. A very pleasant polite guy. Very professional with his work and I wouldn't give him 5 stars, I'd give him 6. Good job.
