Billy gave me an amazing cut and colour! and the finish was phenomenal ! all staff are welcoming and pleasant !
Really friendly, got a nice coffee and my haircut looked really good, they didn't mind altering it a bit to my specifications at all which was nice definetly will go again
Got to give it 5☆because there isn't a 7☆,being ex sassoon stylist very visual,the cut and service i got was exactly what i wanted,re-booked straight away☺well done neil +team,brilliant 👌
I’ve had a few bad haircuts in carmarthen so wanted to find a really good one. cloud 9 is amazing. i called in on the off chance of a haircut and neil had a cancellation so i was lucky. neil listened and advised and cut my hair exactly how i requested. i’m soooo happy. thank you. you have a customer for life. lorraine wilson. 👍
