Billy gave me an amazing cut and colour! And the finish was phenomenal ! All staff are welcoming and pleasant !

Really friendly, got a nice coffee and my haircut looked really good, they didn't mind altering it a bit to my specifications at all which was nice definetly will go again

Got to give it 5☆because there isn't a 7☆,being ex sassoon stylist very visual,the cut and service I got was exactly what I wanted,re-booked straight away☺well done Neil +team,brilliant 👌

I’ve had a few bad haircuts in Carmarthen so wanted to find a really good one. Cloud 9 is amazing. I called in on the off chance of a haircut and Neil had a cancellation so I was lucky.
