Brown's Hotel

A lovely night away in this hotel. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Our bathroom had an enormous roll-top bath which was a welcome feature. Breakfast was fantastic, as was the meal in Dexters restaurant the night before. Really warm welcome from Jack (I think!) who could not have been more helpful during our stay.

Very nice Boutique Style hotel, every room is dog friendly, the WiFi was very weak, the parking is if there is a space it's your's otherwise it's park in the street if you can. We were in the top room so a bit of a hike with a heavy case so be warned the staff did offer to be honest, I just felt it was too heavy. The breakfast is really exstensive and the dog's get a sausage. We had a starter and a dessert as could not do justice to a steak at dinner time. The fridge in the room was a toy if it worked nothing ever was cold. The staff extremely friendly and always able to give you advice about the local area

Deceiving from the outside how big the inside was. Tastefully decorated, we only had a drink, yet the staff behind the bar was welcoming and knowledgeable about the wines. Lovely garden area on such a sunny day

We stayed in the strand room. It was a very good size, clean and we'll presented. Only negative was the shower. Only a rainfall shower head so not user friendly for women not wanting to wash their hair, the door was poorly fitting and I had to reset it onto the runners otherwise it did not open/ close. Breakfast food was very good quality and varied selection. Dinner not quite as good (Dexters in camarthan had better selection and calamari was not overcooked) Location was very quiet (early October). I would stay again.

Comfy, clean and warm! Browns is such a lovely hotel, the food was delicious and the staff were really friendly they even brought my Freida her own sausage with breakfast. Couldn’t have been happier and would 100% recommend to friends. Thankyou for a lovely stay ☺️👌
