Ideal location. exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. room was spacious and spotlessly clean. made very welcome. definitely coming back. thank you for a lovely relaxing stay.

Pretty average. room was large enough, bed was comfortable enough (could have used a second pillow), breakfast was provided and was pretty good. mind the instructions for the car park, as they mean narrow when they say narrow. location is good for walking to dining and club options.

Stayed here previously, excellent location, very good room, superb breakfast. on site parking but beware of the entrance (do not attempt to enter the car park with one simple left turn, read the sign on the wall).

Stayed for a couple of days in this hotel. the staff are very professional and helpful. the rooms are clean and have everything you need, including fridge, fan, strong hot shower,iron& board,television, hair dryer, coffee making facilities, plenty of space and, most importantly, a very comfortable bed.the breakfast is good and the bar well priced. would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for 3 nights while in carmarthen for a family event. i was given room 15, which overlooks the courtyard. the room was newly decorated, clean and very quiet. breakfast was excellent - with oat milk available and the option for a vegan cooked breakfast. the parking is accessible through a very narrow roadway, so be careful if you have a wide car. everyone was really helpful and friendly, would definitely stay here again.
