Visited today with my worried daughter who couldn’t get one of her earrings back in having left it out for a day. all sorted, lovely helpful and friendly staff, and some ear piercing aftercare solution purchased for the future. thank you so much.

Excellent and conscientious staff and decent enough service. pricing better than competitors, offers watch battery replacement and link removal or addition.

Great jewellers, jane was very patient and very knowledgeable and even though we could’ve sourced them cheaper we still went back to hinds due to the customer service we’d had.

I took my watch to the store in carmarthen to have a battery renewed. the watch has a valid guarantee and although they were unable to replace the battery, the staff were very helpful and arranged for it to be sent to the workshop. the shop was very busy and could do with a few more staff on a saturday, but everyone was seen in turn and the staff were very curtious. i also bought my daughter a wristwatch for her birthday while i was there. prices are competitive, but i felt that the gift bag could have been included in the price, as it wasn't a cheap one. a few little tweaks could be made to improve the footfall and sales. more staff at peak times, and more incentives as in more competitive prices. in these times, when the public will spend less on luxury items , some more reduced prices could improve sales.
