I wish I could give more stars. Polite and professional and my lawn has never looked so good. It is the envy of my neighbours. Been using Joel and his team for several years and never had any issue. Keep up the good work.
I am disabled and was looking forward to enjoying a new lawn this summer so last September we paid for shade loving turf to be laid due to overhanging trees at our property. Very thin turf was laid and has disintegrated around the shady areas leaving green extremely hazardous netting everywhere which we have fallen over and it has gone patchy at best elsewhere! I am disabled and only recently had major surgery. Joel refused to correct the problems, denied any liability and said we needed to cut our border trees down before they would even consider rectifying this appalling job despite the fact that same trees were there last year when they took the job! Will use another more reputable company in future! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!
Very good and professional, lawns never looked Better
Lawncare Wales did a really good job of my lawns during the summer or 2018. The grass looked brilliant. They promised to fill and seed a dip on the side of my lawn at minimum cost to myself. This year (2019) things have been very different. The spring visit left my lawn full of weeds. It is now the end of September and they haven't visited to do the summer treatment, the dip is still there, along with an abundance of weeds. I have emailed and phoned the company to no avail. I'm disappointed. Update January 2023: During the last year Lawn Care Wales has returned to treat my lawn on a regular basis and it's looking much better. The dip has been filled and seeded, at significant cost, but I am happy with the end result. They can expect to be elevated to five stars if they keep this up!
This company was recommended to me by a family member during lockdown - Excellent service and very reasonably priced. My lawn looks like Wimbledon. Very happy customer, will continue to use throughout the year for on-going treatments.
