Love the place,friendly staff & a good pool...
Clean changing rooms, helpful staff, nice pool, water was freezing! we braved it and after a few minutes it was ok, and the showers were lovely and warm when we got out
Was sceptical at first as it doesn't have a health suite like carmarthen, but it fast became one of my favourite places. the staff are awesome and the gym/pool lovely. i now prefer it.
