I called Phillip on the off chance he was available to do a house call for my colleague who was driving a HGV at the time. He was so efficient and made his way within 15-20mins and got to the house. My colleague was really concerned as his wife couldn’t get hold of his mother to get into the property, Phillip got there as quick as he could, gained entry and all was ok as my colleagues elderly mother had fallen and was unable to get up and answer the phone or the door. Thank you Phillip and thanks for also securing the back door with a longer bolt at no extra charge. Great service 👌🏼

Great service! Just moved house and needed the locks changing. We were fitted in much sooner than I expected with a reasonable quote given on the phone. The job was done quickly and efficiently and you could tell doing a good job was important with the questions that were asked. Also adjusted the door so it closed more smoothly without charging extra. Very happy.
